What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelation Policy is Firm.
- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
- If canceled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, only 50% will be refunded.
- If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, NO refund.
- Guests can receive a full refund if reservation is canceled within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in Check-In & Check-Out
